My trades are missing

  1. Confirm that you executed the trades using your Rithmic account on TradeSea. Trades executed on other platforms must be imported separately.

  2. If you imported a CSV, ensure the date format and column mappings are correct.

  3. Refresh the Compass dashboard. It may take a few minutes for new trades to appear.

The Compass Score is empty

  • Compass requires at least one closed trade in the selected date range. Expand the date range or import historical trades.

  • Ensure that you have selected the correct tag filters. Removing filters may reveal the missing trades.

Analytics are not updating after new trades

  • Try refreshing your browser or restarting the mobile app.

  • If the issue persists, check your internet connection.
