Connect Account
Before you start, you can connect your Rithmic account using the login credentials provided by your prop firm or broker. This one-time setup securely links your trading platform to your authorized account, enabling order execution, live market data, and real-time updates of balances, positions, and risk limits.
Step 1: Open the Account tab (From the Bottom Nav) and click “Add” on the top right corner.
2. Select your prop firm
You will see a list of available prop firms.
Find your prop firm.
Click the Connect button next to your prop firm.
Note: If you do not see your prop firm, it may not yet be supported, or your account may not have access. Reach out to us if you’d like to have your prop firm listed on Tradesea.
4. Enter your Rithmic credentials
Sign in with Rithmic
In the credentials window, enter your:
Rithmic Username
Rithmic Password
Environment - Select simulation for simulation accounts, for live accounts, choose live
Enter your full name
Click Connect (or Sign In, depending on the button label).
Once the connection is successful, you will be redirected to the account tab, where you can verify all your linked accounts.
Other ways to Connect Your account.
Go to Trade tab in bottom Nav → click Add Account
Troubleshooting
I don’t see my prop firm in the list
Your firm may not be enabled yet in TradeSea - feel free to ask your prop firm to integrate!
Your account permissions may not include that integration.
My Rithmic credentials are not working
Re-check spelling and caps lock.
Confirm you are using the credentials from your prop firm (not a different platform login).
If your password was recently reset, try again with the updated password.
It says connected, but I don’t see my account
Re-open the Accounts tab and confirm the status is Connected.
Kill/Relaunch the app and go to the accounts tab.
If an Account selector is present, click it and select the correct account.
