Troubleshooting

If you experience issues while using Tradesea, such as:

  • Platform not loading correctly

  • Charts not displaying properly

  • Layout or interface elements appearing broken

  • Slow performance or lag while navigating the platform

We recommend you use the latest version of Google Chrome to solve this issue.

VPN Usage

Using a VPN may affect your experience on Tradesea. Trading performance depends on a stable, low-latency connection, and VPNs can introduce additional routing that may lead to slower data updates, delayed order execution, or intermittent connection issues.

You may also experience:

  • Increased latency between your device and trading servers

  • Occasional disconnections or session interruptions

  • Inconsistent chart or market data updates

For the most reliable trading experience, it is recommended to access Tradesea without a VPN.

If you choose to use a VPN despite the above recommendation and experience issues while trading, you assume responsibility for any performance or connectivity problems caused by VPN usage.

Important Notes

  • Tradesea periodically releases new platform versions. In some cases, a forced upgrade may be required to continue using the platform.

  • Tradesea may block access from unsupported browser versions.

  • Older browsers may lack important security updates and performance improvements.

  • Keeping your browser updated helps ensure reliable chart rendering and order execution.
